911 can get you help, but first, they have to know where you are.

Unless you are in a city with enhanced 911 (E911), you will have to give them your location. This can be a problem if you are traveling or in a new neighborhood.

When you press your Mobile Medical Alert Communicator, you are connected to our Central Station operator who will speak with you to determine your emergency. The operator can also see your location via the GPS receiver built into our 2-way voice communicator.
